Day 01

Once you’ve reached your hotel, check into your room, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Today is a full day of natural beauty and shared moments. Start early and drive from Queenstown to Milford Sound, passing through valleys, lakes, and forest roads. En route to Milford Sound, take stops at Mirror Lakes to witness the mountains reflecting clearly on still water and The Chasm, a short trail to see water rushing through smooth rock paths.

After arriving at Milford Sound, board a magical cruise and sail through calm waters surrounded by tall cliffs and waterfalls. If you’re lucky, you can also spot seals resting on rocks along the way. Explore the beauty of Milford Sound, also known as one of the ‘eight wonders of the world’. Share romantic moments and create lifelong memories with your partner.

After the cruise, drive back to Queenstown and rest after a long but rewarding day.

Thrills & Adventure in Queenstown

Get ready with your partner for thrills, adventures, and lots of fun on your way. Today brings joy and excitement to your faces. You’ll experience today:

Gondola Ride: Start your thrilling day with a ride on the Skyline Gondola. Ride up to Bob’s peak and enjoy the breathtaking views of Queenstown. Watch the majestic mountains and the big blue lake below you.
Luge Ride: After the Skyline Gondola, enjoy three fun luge rides together. Share laughs, smiles, and feel the cool air as you go down.
Jet Boat Ride: Experience a fast-paced jet boat ride across Lake Wakatipu. Hold on tight as the boat spins, drifts, and rushes through narrow river canyons.

After completing all the fun activities, spend the evening at leisure, and enjoy dinner together in town.

Day 04

Drive to Mount Cook and Lake Tekapo

Pack your bags, as today you’re going to unfold the second leg of your New Zealand journey. After breakfast, start your self-drive journey to Queenstown toward Mount Cook. Enjoy one of the most beautiful drives in New Zealand.

On the way to Mount Cook, you will enter Lindis Pass. Stop at the lookout points and enjoy amazing views of the golden hills. Don’t forget to take pictures with your partner for your next Instagram post.

Next, you will reach Lake Pukaki. The clear blue water and the sight of Mount Cook standing tall in the background create one of the most memorable views of the trip. Spend some time here and enjoy the calm and peaceful moments with your partner.

On reaching Mount Cook Village, take a short rest before your next experience. If the weather is clear, enjoy a short Alpine Helicopter Ride. Day 06

Scenic Drive to Christchurch

This morning, say goodbye to Lake Tekapo and continue your onward journey to Christchurch. After completing your breakfast, make yourself comfortable in your rental car, put on your favourite song, and enjoy the scenic drive filled with open fields, mountains, and blue skies.

On the way to your destination, you can take a few pauses at Mackenzie Basin and the Rakaia Gorge Area.

After arriving in Christchurch, check into your hotel room and take some time to rest from the long journey. The remaining day is yours to spend at leisure, exploring the city at your own pace.

You can visit the Botanical Garden or take a romantic riverside walk along the Avon River. If you want, enjoy a gentle ride on a small punt boat as it moves slowly across the water. Later, visit Riverside Market & The Terrace to enjoy a relaxed evening in the city.

Day 07

Ice Worlds and City Charm

Get ready to welcome the adventures coming your way today. Start your day with a fun visit to the International Antarctic Centre. This place feels like stepping into a mini Antarctica. You can walk into a special cold room that makes you feel like you are standing in a real snowstorm. Hold your partner close and enjoy the moment together.

Next, try the Hagglund ride. Share laughs with your partner while the vehicle moves over bumps and rough ground. Watch the little penguins rescued by the centre. You can also enjoy 4D movies, small exhibits, and rooms where you can learn about snowy lands and animals.

Goodbye from Christchurch
